This site is dedicated to the Talbot Avenue Bridge. Located in Silver Spring, Maryland, the Talbot Avenue Bridge is a civil rights landmark spanning the former Baltimore and Ohio Railroad tracks. The bridge is a connection among Silver Spring neighborhoods, an important link to Silver Spring’s past, and a byway to the future.
